GT - Group Training

GT Classes are 40mins in duration. Working to your own ability, you will be guided and monitored throughout each session by a trained industry professional to ensure you are moving and training in a safe manor at all times. These sessions are full body circuit style sessions utilising both free weights and body weight to get maximum results. You can expect to burn body fat and tone muscle by mixing resistance, strength and conditioning training with endurance, speed and agility all wrapped into an exciting and fun packed training experience.

WT - Weight Training

Weight training Classes are 40mins - 1hr in duration. Our weight training programme is simple and is designed to help increase strength and mobility. This programme predominantly focuses on three main lifts, squat, bench and deadlift with added accessory lifts and exercises to compliment these three lifts. You will learn proper lifting techniques to enable you to build confidence around lifting heavy objects, all of which can be transferred over to your normal day to day life.

LGT - Ladies Group Training

LGT Classes are 40mins in duration. This class was designed for the Ladies to be able to feel comfortable surrounded by other Ladies on a similar journey inspiring and supporting one another. Working to your own ability, you will be guided and monitored throughout each session by a trained industry professional to ensure you are moving and training in a safe manor at all times. These sessions are full body circuit style sessions utilising both free weights and body weight to get maximum results. You can expect to burn body fat and tone muscle by mixing resistance, strength and conditioning training with endurance, speed and agility all wrapped into an exciting and fun packed training experience.

HCC Community Fitness

HCC's community fitness sessions are both fun and varied. Our programme is designed for all levels of fitness, from your first timer couch potato to your everyday regular gym goer.

These training groups are run over 8 week periods and we are currently in two different locations across Christchurch, Hornby & Hoon Hay.

With a mixture of compound movements, resistance training, high intensity interval training, cardio & mobility exercises. It's a perfect combination for individuals wanting to drop body fat, increase flexibility/range of motion, improve cardio vascular fitness and improve all over muscle tone.

HCC Fit2Go is an online health and fitness program that was designed to enable us to reach the world and share the amazing results our clients have been able to achieve from our programs since it began in 2013.

With Fit2Go there are no boundaries when it comes to logistics meaning we can offer our services to anyone anywhere in the world.

Whether you are wanting a training plan or nutrition plan Fit2Go has you covered. We will put together a calculated plan to help you reach your goals, by completing a short questionnaire this will give us the information we need to put together your plan. No this is not a standard everyone gets the same plan, we believe each individual and their goals are completely different and therefore we have created a formula that takes into account your total daily energy expenditure, this will ensure you are getting exactly what your body needs for you to be able to achieve you goals.

We have 4 different menu options available including: General, Vegetarian, Ketogenic and Vegan
