CIRCUIT TRAINING

It’s the closest thing we do to CrossFit—designed to push you to your limit in just 30 minutes. Each session is action-packed, with constantly varied workouts that test your strength, endurance, and mental grit. Whether it’s heavy lifts, explosive bodyweight movements, or high-rep challenges, no two classes are ever the same. Perfect for those who love intensity, variety, and leaving it all on the floor. Suitable for intermediate to advanced levels, with scalable options available.
BODYWEIGHT CARDIO

This energizing 30-minute class blends bodyweight exercises with cardio machine intervals for a dynamic, full-body workout. Weight Training

This 45-minute strength-focused class is built around the four key lifts: Bench Press, Squat, Deadlift, and Overhead Press. You'll learn proper technique and form in a supportive environment, helping you lift safely and effectively.
